The Trial Mountain 2 Hour Endurance is an Endurance League event in Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec. As its name implies, the event consists of a 2-hour race around the tricky and demanding Trial Mountain Circuit.

- Unrestricted tuning
- Unrestricted tires
- Road cars only (race cars prohibited, except Tommy kaira ZZII and Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept)
