Trivia
- The first rally race held at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb is the only rally race where the player will encounter a road car as an opponent. Other rally races have rally cars or race modified cars as opponents.
- For some reason, in the NTSC version of the game, the opponent cars still retain the replay nameplate of the NTSC-J version of the game (a notable example is the replay nameplate of the Subaru Impreza Rally Car '99, who is referred as the IMPREZA '99 RALLY CAR in its appearance as an opponent in the third rally race at the Smokey Mountain North, instead of being referred as the Impreza Rally Car '99). This was later fixed in the PAL version of the game, where this trait, probably a leftover from the NTSC-J version of the game, was removed.
Notes
- ↑ 1.0 1.1 In the NTSC-J and NTSC versions of the game, the opponent car will be the Opel. In the PAL version, the opponent car will be the Vauxhall.
- ↑ The menu erroneously states that the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV GSR '96 will be the opponent car.
- ↑ The menu erroneously states that the Subaru IMPREZA Rally Car '99 will be the opponent car.
