We recently reached the 2,500-article count we wanted to reach by the wiki's first birthday (January 2nd). We are now working on improving articles.</small>
A team of gamers from Gran Turismo 5's GT Academy finish third in class in the 24H Dubai, in a Nissan 370Z driven by Jann Mardenborough, Bryan Heitkotter, Lucas Ordonez and Jordan Tresson, all of whom earned their place through the GT Academy Seasonal Events over the last year and a half.
• Dyson Racing join forces with Mazda and Lola for the next few seasons of the American Le Mans Series. They will enter 2 Lola B08/86 with the Mazda MZR-R Powerplant. Drivers for the season are to be announced on a further date.
• It is announced that NASCAR team Petty Enterprises has entered into discussions with Gillett Evernham Motorsports about a possible merger.- Gran Turismo Wiki
