Trivia[]
- The AI cars will never pit in, so they may start drifting and crashing at the final laps, especially in the last race on the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
- The thumbnail of this event, originally from Gran Turismo 3, was later reused in the Gran Turismo 5's version of this event, but with different cars (notably with the Mazda 787B '91 and Audi R10 TDI '06 instead of the Subaru IMPREZA Rally Car '99 and the Honda ARTA NSX '00) on the background.
