Spec 2.0, GT5's biggest update yet. It brings a lot of fixes, new cars and little adjustments here and there. Spec 2.0 contains stuff that GT5's community itself wanted to bring in the game. A DLC is released a little after Spec 2.0 featuring racing car pack, course pack, racing gear pack and paint pack.

  • Added the Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motorsport (the car in which Kazunori Yamauchi contested the Nurburgring 2011 24 Hours)
  • Improved physics and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Support for the Logitech G25/G27 steering wheel
  • A huge majority of races begin with a rolling start
