Trivia[]

  • The "'80s" versions of the tracks used in this mode retain their present-day scenery; only the road layout were modified.
  • In the historical photo slideshows, all tobacco (but not alcohol) brandings were edited out, ostensibly due to international tobacco advertising restrictions.
    • However, most tobacco advertising were not edited out from the Museum pictures included with Gran Turismo Sport and Gran Turismo 7, although a piece of Marlboro logo were blurred out in GT Sport's pre-Spec II opening movie.
  • When in the event's menus, "Bevel Gearing" by Yuto Takei will override any menu music playing.
  • The player used to play videos in the mode appears to be similar to that used in Gran Turismo TV video-on-demand service in Gran Turismo 5.
