The Acura NSX-R LM GT2 (Honda NSX-R LM GT2 in the PAL version of the game, as well as in real life) is a Le Mans racer which competed in, and won, the GT2 class of the 1995 Le Mans 24 Hours. The #84 car, driven by the all-Japanese team of Keiichi Tsuchiya, Akira Iida and Kunimitsu Takahashi, appears only in the PAL and NTSC versions of the original Gran Turismo. This car doesn't appear in the NTSC-J version of the game, as this car replaced the Honda NSX-R GT1 Turbo.
